Our Kids in Motion classes help expand confidence, strength and balance through flow and movement. With music, games and stories we teach kids how breathing and moving connect to creating calm & relaxed energy. We Let them play, jump, laugh and practice kindness!

This is a fun, play based yoga & creative class for our young yogi's!
With music & sound therapy, games & stories, we teach kids how breathing and moving connect to creating calm & relaxed energy. In this specialized class, we use yoga to learn about the environment, celebrate the seasons and learn respect for ourselves and our health. Each session we will share an art or science experiment to build connection with our peers & friends.
